Where AKS ships
AKS Pharmaceuticals accepts online orders for delivery within Pakistan through serviceable courier areas. Delivery availability may vary by city, postal area and courier coverage. If a location is not serviceable, the customer will be contacted before dispatch.
Shipping cost
The standard delivery charge displayed by the website is PKR 150 per order. If a special delivery charge applies because of location, courier service, product quantity or an operational reason, the final charge shown or confirmed at checkout will apply before the order is dispatched.
Order processing and dispatch
- Orders are processed on working days after the customer name, phone number, delivery address, products and quantities are confirmed.
- Typical order handling time is 1–2 working days after successful confirmation.
- Orders placed on public holidays, weekends or after business hours may be processed on the next working day.
- Orders with incomplete, unreachable or incorrect contact details may be delayed or cancelled.
Estimated delivery time
Most confirmed orders are delivered in approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch. Remote areas, courier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, security restrictions or address-verification issues may require additional time.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for serviceable locations. Please keep the full order amount ready at the time of delivery. Courier riders may not be able to open sealed product packaging before payment unless the courier service allows it.
Receiving damaged, incorrect or incomplete parcels
Please inspect the parcel exterior when it arrives. If the parcel is visibly damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact AKS Pharmaceuticals within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, phone number and clear photos of the parcel and product condition.
Minimum order quantities
Silavit Syrup and Neutraoxy Syrup have a minimum online order quantity of three bottles. The product page and cart may enforce this requirement before checkout.
